This Star Wars Hyperspace post process shader has been created in Unreal Engine 4. The shader is interactive through exposed material parameters, which allow the developer to modify various properties.
Parameters:

Max Blur: Controls the maximum amount of blur in the interpolation.

Min Blur: Controls the minimum amount of blur in the interpolation.

Samples: Controls the quality of the blur.

Stars Size: Controls the size of the stars on screen

Stars Undensity: Controls the density of stars on screen.

Color Flare: Allows the user to control the color of the central flare.

Color Color Star: Allows the user to control the color of the stars.

Color Star Trail: Allows the user to control the color of the stars’ trail.

Rotation Speed: Controls the rotation speed of the tunnel.

Speed: Controls the moving speed inside the tunnel’s hyperspace.
