About

This wind curtain shader has been created in Unreal Engine. Currently it allows the user to modify the type of wind, or reaction to it. The shader is interactive through exposed material parameters, which allow the developer to modify various properties.

  • Droop Angle: Control the angle to which the curtain gets folded to.

  • Movement Speed: Controls the curtain’s movement speed.

  • Movement Strength: Controls the maximum distance the curtain moves.

  • Ripples Count: Control the number of ripples.

  • Ripple Height: Controls the maximum fallnes the ripples reach.

  • Ripple Start Point: Controls the starting point of the ripples from the center.

  • Ripple Speed: Controls the ripples’ movement speed.

  • Pivot Offset: Controls the point from where the wind and ripples come.

  • Ripple Direction: Controls the movement direction of the ripples.
